Martedì prossimo, 13 aprile, sarà un altro Patch Tuesday, il giorno prescelto da Microsoft per rilasciare gli aggiornamenti di sicurezza per i propri prodotti.
Le correzioni di aprile chiudono 25 falle in Windows, Office ed Exchange, racchiuse in 11 bollettini di sicurezza di cui 5 sono catalogati come critici (permettono di ottenere da remoto il controllo del computer), 5 come importanti e uno come moderato.
Con questi update Microsoft corregge finalmente due bug che si trascinavano da qualche tempo: uno è quello scoperto all'inizio di marzo, che coinvolge VBScript e il tasto F1 (http://www.zeusnews.com/index.php3?ar=stampa&cod=11992); l'altro risale addirittura a novembre e riguarda il protocollo Smb (http://www.zeusnews.com/index.php3?ar=stampa&cod=11369).
Gli aggiornamenti interessano, a vari livelli, tutte le versioni di Windows a partire da Windows 2000, tutte le versioni di Office a partire da Office Xp e tutte le versioni di Exchange a partire da Exchange Server 2000.
